Our dealership’s rating is based on information collected from our customer satisfaction surveys conducted by MINI USA for new car sales and service transactions over the last 90 days, by an independent, third-party company. Neither MINI USA nor any MINI Dealers can alter the ratings or comments.

Does it mean that each item in the survey was essentially a one-of-a-kind, perfect experience that a customer would never expect to be so overwhelmingly good? 5.0"MINI went above and beyond to drive a tow hitch to my apartment when it was discovered that there was no tow hitch in my MINI. (This was disconcerting, as I purchased my MINI new and had never had my car towed previously.) MINI also was more than patient in dealing with the fact that the tires we ordered were the wrong size and provided me with a loaner until the next day when the correct tires arrived. MINI also noticed that my thermostat was leaking and that was repaired. 2.5"All the issues did not get resolved, nor did I get a reasonable answer as to why they could not be resolved. Additionally, my documentation states that "the owner is satisfied with the resolution", which I am not. The reasons given to me implicate Mini as false advertisers and inflexible. The person that washed my car did not do a good job and my car was returned to me both dirty and with a large scratch down the passenger side door. Lastly, while I love my Mini Countryman, I am seriously considering going back to Honda for my next vehicle based on the lack of support and inconsistent messages I received from Mini.
