When I entered...it took a while for me to be greeted ...then the person who greeted me left me while he was looking for someone to help me and he was gone along time. I was confused and asked for help with extended warranty. On my own, I went to Service Desk and as usual, Phil help me get the info I needed and provided perspectives on my choice. My only complaint is with Mini USA, not this dealership. Items that were repaired during this visit should have been covered as MiniUSA knew that they were prone to fail. The hood scoop warped and the timing chain tensioner failed. Both of these problems were common with my model year.     "I want to say that my first experience with Zimbrick Mini was exceptional. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Phil, Brett, Keith, and Eddie were all extremely helpful. I had just purchased a new mini and wanted to get on their system, I was there for literally a few minutes and they helped me with several things on my car. After reading my Vin. they said the car needed the aux. water pump replaced for a service update. They replaced the pump and coolant in less than 30 min. and the car was ready to go.     "You charged us to rotate the tires? Your premise was the part was not a Mini manufactured item. How about the engine? I believe it is a Peugot product, will you cover that. Which brings me to today's point-the car would not start. Warm up the flat bed, we are not spending the rest of our ownership period driving to Madison. And I hope we will have some sort if a loaner, we bought a NEW car, we don't expect it ti breakdown.
